It only took me about two hours to set the whole thing up, and it's very comfortable and perfect for a beginner to weight training. I gave it a four though because the tools included to set it up were sub par at best, I had to use my own tools to construct it if I didn't want to spend 5 hours haha. Also, the written directions were somewhat lacking, but the pictures were amazing help.
